I've merged all of your pull request branches together and I've been testing
the result. I pushed the merged branch to the project repo:

I've found a few things that need to be addressed before the branch can go into
the master. It looks like a couple of the demos need to be updated to work
with the framework changes and the UIO tests now appear to be hanging. What
I've found so are:
* keyboard a11y demo is no longer working
* simple inline edit demo is no longer working
* UIO tests are hanging or really slow
I'll do some more testing of the merged branch later. I think it would be
easiest if any changes that are made are done on this merged branch that I will
eventually merge back into master.
