New branch is pushed again, this should resolve a lot of the issues reported yesterday with sync of model and UI state and also seemingly the double menu display also. Particularly, it resolves the fatal failure of the popup menu I introduced at the last moment yesterday by a partial refactoring of the language menu.

I've tried to work through the tests again to restore them but some of the controller tests still seem to be failing for me. There's been a great deal of refactoring of the "ToggleButton" and "LanguageMenu" components so they should now work in a more logical way - this is assisted by a new base grade "fluid.videoPlayer.indirectReader" which aids working with the "modelPath" idiom that is currently prevalent. Don't worry about the slow startup issues for now, I'll look at these later, as well as the remaining issues on my plate relating to the volume/mute state + highlighting transfer I may have disturbed some of the styling with the changes so please check if it seems to be synchronized as expected.

Thanks Antranig! This is looking a lot better. As you expected, there are some
bugs and I'm going to do some
more testing and add them to the planning page. We talked about it in the
channel and we decided that
despite the bugs it would be better to merge these improvements into the demo
branch since it adds some of
the basic functionality that we'd like to show. After the daily meeting today,
we'll take a closer look at
where we are at and update the 'red list' again.

I've pushed to my branch (amb26/demo-integration-sketch) a seemingly working
version of our media panel
integration... it correctly broadcasts events relating to volume, language and
transcript settings.
