Hi I am Eranga. I'm a 3rd year Computer Science and Engineering undergraduate at University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka. Earlier I mailed regrading a GSoC idea in 2011 idea list by mistake. I went through your new GSoC 2012 idea list and I am interested in HTML5 image editor idea. I think it will fix for me as I have done some work in video chopping with HTML 5 video and canvas. I want to know two things. Do I need to integrate this to a framework or can I develop this as a separate component?. How I can contact a mentor for this?.
