Hi Jess, Thanks for your feedback and edits. I made a few minor changes to the doc this morning (added a link to our Wrist support concepts page). Joanna suggested that we include references where specific design details are quoted (e.g. size of keys) so I will do that too. I had thought to include the user testing example as part of the narrative document so that everything's in one place and just to give them an idea of what our testing will look like, but let's discuss. We have a separate User Testing Protocol document on the Wiki where we are writing the detailed plan. Dana
