I think that sounds reasonable. Let’s start by closing off the issues. If, in a 
few months, we find that there’s no new momentum to create a modern Builder, we 
can remove the whole component from JIRA.

My personal guess is that JavaScript developers are comfortable enough with a 
Grunt-based workflow these days that a new Builder won’t be in demand.
