We had planned to do some directory restructuring for the Infusion 1.5 release.
However, in looking into the issue, it seems that the task is a bit more
nuanced.

The plan so far would be to move all the various demo directories, lib, and
tests to be siblings of the src directory. The built version of infusion would
likely remain unchanged. However, questions arose regarding how best to
organize the various demos. Currently we have demos, instructional-demos,
integration-demos, stand-alone demos, and manual tests. It's hard to know the
difference between these. It's likely that a lot of this is due to the legacy
of the code base and changes that have happened over the years.

Rather than make any rush decisions on how to be structure this, I'd propose
that we hold off on making these changes now and put some thought into what the
best structure is. We should perform this task soon after the 1.5 release
though, so as to minimize conflicts with pull requests and etc.

Let me know what you think and please way in on your thoughts about structure.

Thanks
Justin
