We haven't yet. I don't have any experience with publishing npm packages but I 
would assume we just need to follow these commands 
https://www.npmjs.org/doc/cli/npm-publish.html

Is there anything in particular we should be aware of? Also, should we do this 
now, or wait till Infusion 1.5 is officially announced?
