kahil, have you recently attached an external monitor to your macbook?
Pretty sure the menuextras can handle this, ( i do it all the time) but just
in case, i would go to System Prefs->Display  and try 'Gather Windows'.

If that doesnt work, you should completely delete the SSB and its prefs.
delete:


~/Library/Preferences/com.fluidapp.FluidInstance.<Your SSB Name>)
~/Library/Application Support/Fluid/SSB/<Your SSB Name>

and recreate.
