I also use the panel view to find definitions. It works almost every
time — except when I'm trying to find a definition of a term with more
than one word.
Anyway, I support this suggestion. I also like the "Define in Google"
because it can be really useful in some cases, for example,
expressions that aren't in the Dictionary.app available languages.
