I place my dock on the left of the screen. I've got a MenuExtra SSB
that shows the current weather page from the National Weather
service. This requires a reasonably large window. The placement of
the window that pops up when I click the menu varies. Sometimes, it
comes up so far to the left that it's behind the dock, which makes
stuff at the left border - where some forecast info sometimes appears
- hard to read. Unfortunately, the window that pops up can't be
moved.
I haven't been able to figure out what determines the placement.
It would be nice if the the window avoided the dock.
