How would you think about e.g. adding an option to either copy all files from Fluid.app when creating an SSB (as current, should be kept as default) or instead symlink the ones which aren't unique to the application? The majority of Fluid users (which I would consider to be more in the intermediate to expert range) should IMHO probably be acquainted with the consequences of symlinking, or at least be able to deal with it.
