I autohide my dock, so I want to be able to see the unread count at any time. I understand that the purpose of the menu app is to have smaller versions of the site easily accessible, but I like to have all my primary apps that I use all the time in there, so they don't clutter my dock/application switcher and I can just use a hotkey to open them up.
