I had the same though initially as I was running into problems with
one site in particular.  This really isn't a problem in Fluid,
though.  Fluid *should* be deleting cookies when the SSB is closed if
the site did not set a cookie expiration date--this is how cookies
work.

One thing which I think might help though, Daniel, is to go into
preferences for the SSB in question and click on the "Behavior" pane.
In that pane, find the option that says "Closing the last browser
window" and check the box next to it labeled "only hides the window."
Doing this fixed the problem I was having with the site I mentioned
earlier.
