Agreed. Building an iPhone-optimized version of the site is the  
simplest approach.

If you're looking for something you can distribute via the app store,  
you will need to learn the Objective-C programming language, Cocoa  
Touch, and the rest of the iPhone SDK.

Those things are definitely outside the scope of Fluid.
