* this problem seems rather convoluted and obscure but since i have not seen it anywhere else i am logging it here in hopes that it will find support. * initial setup: in my Fluid SSB's preferences, i have set unchecked the option 'select tabs and windows as they are created'. * initial usage: i frequently use command-click to open embedded document links in the background when going through some posts. these are frequently PDF files stored using AmazonAWS. * problem: the tab always hangs on loading with a blank page. * fix: set checked option 'select tabs and windows as they are created' under tab settings in preferences.
* my problem has now disappeared and the pages continue to load the PDFs but the problem is that i can no longer have those tabs automatically open in the background so, for example, if i have more than one document/PDF link i have to click each one and then go back to the original tab and click the next and so on. * I am guessing this is a bug in Fluid and that a fix should be possible.
