Fluid only puts files in the App support dir you mentioned and in your
Preferences folder:

~/Library/Preferences/com.fluidapp.Fluid.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com.fluidapp.FluidInstance.<You-SSB-Name>.plist

the only thing i can think to check is that you don't have Flash
disabled for your SSB with that name. that would cause the behavior
you are describing if you weren't deleting the preferences file before
recreating the SSB with the same name (it would inherit the old prefs
despite being recreated).
