For all of my Fluid apps, whenever I enable Plugins and thereby enabling Flash, I get the "flooded console" problem whenever I hide the apps. This includes Pandora, Gmail (Flash when playing GV voicemails), Google Voice and Google Reader. I've removed all of my plugins and I know it's because of Flash because it doesn't happen for Gmail unless I make Gmail open a window with Flash in it (as I mentioned, playing GV voicemails with the new labs feature does this).
