I have a similar issue, where the application opens, and it attempts to load, but then times out. Or other times when it starts all I get is a white page. This is specifically occuring for my Facebook app. Incidentally if I delete com.fluidapp.FluidInstance.Facebook.plist, then the facebook application will work fine until the next time I open it.
EDIT... further testing shows that if I quit the application with the browser's "status bar" hidden, the application breaks, whereas if I leave it visible, it is fine.
