Fluid is not open source. The next version of Fluid (0.9.7) will be out shortly. it is code complete, but needs more testing.
Fluid and Fluid SSBs will be 64-bit on Snow Leopard in 0.9.7. on Leopard, Fluid and Fluid SSBs will run 32-bit forever.
