I just recommended Fluid to a friend who does a lot of online research. I suggested that she create a Google Fluid app and use browsa for a second window.
On my machine using that setup, I can do a Google search, spot an item of interest in the search results, and simply drag the result link onto the side browsa window to open and view it. On her machine, she can't drag the search result links. Note that she *can* drag any other links on that Google results page -- advertising links, google "menu" links, and sublinks within the text of a main result link. She can also drag links on another Fluid app she created to browse our company web site. It appears that the only links she can't drag are the Google primary result links. They drag fine on my copy (and I've screen-shared with her to make sure she's doing the same thing I'm doing -- didn't work for me either, although all the other links worked for me). We tried: - checking that she has the current version of Safari (she does) - uninstalling and reinstalling Fluid and deleting and recreating the Google Fluid app - rebooting We're both running the latest version of Snow Leopard. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "fluidapp" group.
