I started using fluid for Gmail last week but I'm about to give it up if I can't find a solution to this problem.
When I type 'r' to reply to an email, most of the time (but not all, oddly enough) the compose mail box does not have keyboard focus. This means I start typing the mail and invariably end up archiving or muting the conversation by accident.
