This is happening to me all the time, too—I've tried changing the user agent and it doesn't seem to make a difference. It's always happening upon filling in the address bar—it'll just stop working, and disappear. This only started less than a month ago.
Same OS and Fluid version for me as tuscanycircle. Help!
