Hm.. it looks like there's no difference in %t and %{timestamp} actually:
case 't':
// This is different from unix date (which would insert a tab character
// here)
return Long.valueOf(getTimestamp()).toString();
and
if (tag.equals("timestamp")) {
return String.valueOf(getTimestamp());
}
Am I missing something?
(Btw, the second variant is better to use as it creates less object instances I
think)
