Thank you very much for the feedback! I will prepare a second revision and post
it on reviewboard.
Regarding 4), tests do not require any setup. Maven will download the ActiveMQ
dependencies, and the tests use a vm://<BROKER_NAME> as the broker url, which
will make ActiveMQ automatically spawn an in-memory broker.
So you should be able to run the tests as is. Let me know if there is any issue
when running them.
