I'm good to finish it, but would appreciate feedback on the way i have
configuration handled in this patch I put up. It is documented in the javadoc
of failoversunkrunner.
Also I am far away from any development machine now so cant do anything more
until the end of the weekend though I will try to participate in any
cmversations regarding the configuration
