Silent install (/S) does not work for windows installer.

When attempting to install the flume node silently on windows by passing in the
argument "/S", the program executes successfully; however, nothing is
installed. My guess is something is probably wrong with the nullsoft installer
script, but I couldn't find anything which stuck out as being obviously wrong.
Perhaps someone else has some insight into this issue.
