The last report (http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/December2011) listed
the following items to be done before graduation: the website (done),
a release (done), and community diversity (good - two new committers
have been added since starting, and the committer base and PMC is
diverse).

The clutch report at http://incubator.apache.org/clutch.html is all green too.

So I'm +1 for graduation.

Cheers,
Tom
