The last report (http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/December2011) listed the following items to be done before graduation: the website (done), a release (done), and community diversity (good - two new committers have been added since starting, and the committer base and PMC is diverse).
The clutch report at http://incubator.apache.org/clutch.html is all green too. So I'm +1 for graduation.
