Flume 1.1.0 assemblies are incorrect

The dist and src assemblies for Flume 1.1.0 are out of date - they only
explicitly include the modules which existed in 1.0.0 as well. At the very
least, these need to be updated to have the modules added in 1.1.0 included,
but I think it probably makes more sense to include everything and explicitly
exclude any future modules that aren't desired.
