I beg you not to move it out into a separate action / profile / whatever. The
reason I think it should be there is the same reason you shouldn't simplely
disable unit tests that fail; if you relegate it to an explicit action, you'll
never know it's broken until after you've moved on to something else. We also
need to protect ourselves from committing code that is improperly licensed. I
beg you! :)
