FLUME-1298 itself cannot fix this, that just makes startup faster. We should
make sure that the agent is completely started before the test starts up. I am
having quite a bit of trouble, since the RpcClient tries to connect to the
agent before the AvroSource starts up. I recommend fixing this asap.
