Anyhow, there were recordings of Schwitters performing it before this release. the _Futursim and Dada Reviewed_ cd by SubRosa (SUBCD012-19) contains a 3 minute 24 second recording of it. the recording date give is May 5, 1932 (what is the date given on the Wergo cd?) the cd seems to date from 1988 (or the liner notes at least). I can't imagine this is the whole recoding as the Christopher Butterfield recording runs 42 minutes 13 seconds, but I haven't purchased the Wergo cd yet. Philip von Zweck
