This is perhaps a timely reminder that Owen should by now have everyone's
information. Owen perhaps you could let the list know whether or not you've
burned the CDs yet and also perhaps a likely date for the mailing of the
boxes.
Regarding what would happen to the remaining boxes after one had been sent
to each of the contributors. The decision is one box per person. That means
each of the contributors gets one and there are enough left over for
archives and for a few non-contributors to buy them. Those of you who did
not contribute to the box but who contacted me previously regarding
purchasing one will be contacted just before the boxes are mailed out which
will hopefully be fairly soon. Hopefully we will also be able to retain a
couple of boxes that can be loaned for exhibitions etc.
I hope this meets with everyone's approval. Certainly the general consensus
seemed to be that people would like to see the boxes go into archives
wherever possible.
