The noise band I am in recently acquired a
1970's style tuner that generates a solid,
god awful tone in any key you put the dial to.
Fortunately, you can shift the dial around
to play "melodies."
I may suggest shortwave radio though. Not
too original a suggestion, I'm sure, but they are
as random as random gets......
