I would like to propose an intervention similar to the one from eToys. If
others on this list are interested, I will post the instructions to disrupt
web-sites (e.g., Austrian government sites). This strategy is effective,
non-violent, Fluxus, and requires mass participation to really work -- so
it requires networking -- it also requires minimal technical requirements
from our host list-serve (i.e, we need a place to host the intervention
from) -- I will arrange all other technical requirements ... more
