long time ago in the seventies daniel spoerri had his own "eat art gallery"
which also produced eatable multiples. (or multiples that had to do
something with food like joseph beuys "1a gebratene fischgraete").
i'm sure ken friedman does know more about spoerris gallery. are there any
memories you could share with us?
