Hi all,

Well, the Fluxlist i-zone Gallery has had an injection of new works over the
last few days. A very interesting i-zone image from Brad and a host of
images from our new (and very welcome) listmember Patricia.

However before you point your browsers i-zoneward there is more:

For the last few weeks I'd been wondering what to do about the i-zone
gallery. When I started it it was for i-zones only then Don Boyd sent me his
"Self-portrait as Shaker" photo along with his i-zone and I thought this is
great, but it's not an i-zone, but I really want to display this so I
thought what the hell I'll put it up and allow a few other kinds of camera
photos. Of course in some ways this opened things up and people began to
send work with other interesting "toy" cameras as well as unusual normal
photos. Anyway the volume of non i-zone work to i-zone work was becoming
unbalanced so I took the step of creating the brand new Fluxus Eye Zone.
It's linked from the i-zone gallery page and a similar page layout ensures
that the two spaces will stay inter-connected.

Okay so what's in the Fluxus Eye Zone? Well, all the non i-zone/toy camera
work from the i-zone gallery has now been moved over to the Fluxus Eye Zone.
All of the new submissions from Patricia( and there are many :-) are in the
Fluxus Eye Zone whilst the new i-zone from Brad is in the original Fluxlist
i-zone Gallery. Interestingly since I have been strict with the
classification of works for each zone I'm not currently featured in the
Fluxus Eye Zone :-( .... hope to sort that out soon!

So head over to the i-zone gallery
http://www.artden.freeserve.co.uk/izone/izone.html
to check out the new image from Brad then click
the link for the Fluxus Eye Zone to see the new works from Patricia.

Obviously I'd be grateful for any feedback. Also the creation of the new
space means that the doors are now wide open for you all to send any
photographic work that you think would be suitable for the Fluxus Eye Zone.

I look forward to more submissions.

cheers,

Sol.
