I heard that in The Who's equipment-trashing days, you used to rent
instruments under an assumed name, trash them on stage and get the hell
out of town. Is it true?

(incredulous) Get the hell out of town? I mean, would we get away with
that? "We got the hell out of town!" Sounds like a bunch of
cowboys... We're the fucking Who. You can find us.
