as i am currently working my way through the
1008 fluxlist messages i have received but not yet read, i am struck by the
"start a new list devoted to arguments about music" sentiment. before
this argument causes a new list (or some type of e-mail war), i would like to
say the following about music: mr. bobby conn is an amazing musician. he is not
a self-identified fluxist, per se, but i feel that it is important that everyone
on the fluxlist (and everyone in the world) learns of bobby conn. if you are not
familiar with the man, he is a chicago-based performer who i feel is incredibly
talented, i beg all of you to find out more about this man. bobby conn is an
experience not to be missed. this is not some weird plug from his manager or
anything, i am just a fan who wants to share conn with the world. for more
