FLUXLIST: Carl Laszlo Query

I picked up a small, german exhibition catalog from 1967 by an artist
named Carl Laszlo called "Aufruf zum Luxus Manifeste".  It contains an
essay entitled "Before there was Neo-Dada, there was Dada", plus other
manifestos.

Any chance anyone on this list is familiar with him? Is he at all
connected to Fluxus?  I don't speak German so I can't read the text.

Even back-channel replies would be appreciated.
