thanks to all who participated in my incredibly broad and often
comprehensive questions concerning fLUXUS (which it seems are a little
too involved to fully answer via fluxlist, but fertilizer for thought
nonetheless).

the impetus for my questions (interest in FLUXUS) has not waned at all,
although my urgency for recieving and organizing certain information
has. yes you guessed it, another semester of school has come to a
close. most of the questions I had posted were a (maybe not so well
hidden) desperate attempt to recieve help with papers I had been working
on about mixed gender collaborations (which I didn't post any info on, I
dont think, but which misc. information from the FLUXlist helped to
supply what I was looking for), and also a paper about a certain string
of somewhat related 20th cent. literature and somewhere within my
research i wanted to find how work in the fluxus tradition might fit
into the (rather broad) set of connections i was attempting to set up. I
ended up saving that, and writing about how the current FLUXUS activity
of correspondence via. the FLUXlist relates to earlier FLUXUS
activities.
it was difficult for me to see the forrest through the trees at first
(the theoretically interesting FLUXlist phenomenon through the
voluminous series of FLUXlist postings!). but all is well and i can now
sift through the various postings at my leisure instead of
(stereotypical) sleepless nights of deadline oriented labor.
