Yes, but surely John Lennon was always very much aware of how rich he was
he pointed the finger at himself as much as everyone else
hence the ironic title of the song
and Yoko's art for a while seemed to be about rich she could get
and George made a whole album about about material possessions
and Paul did/ does something with his wealth
and Ringo was a good drummer!
