Interestingly the National Collection is quite small, just a couple of greenhouses. Then again since some cacti only grow to a few inches across after 20 years you don't need much space. I think these people have THE cactus nursery in the country....the plants are normally pretty good quality (unlike some places). Anyway hope this info's useful. I think they may do international mail order so others may also be interested. Oh and to get a bit of Fluxus (well Fluxish stuff) in here. Dieter Roth once experimented with growing cacti in cream cheese. I believe the results were disappointing. cheers, Sol.
