The Poem Book is about to be posted!
1 The poems appear in the book more or less chronologically. I thought about
different ways of doing it. Some interesting. Puzzling. Arty. Using chance.
Randomness etc but in the end went
for simplicity.
2 Similarly with the style of the book. Again I considered chance and
various means of presenting the poems.
Crazy fonts. Art paper. As loose pages. And so on. But again I decided
simple is best.
3 I made a few corrections to texts for the sake of stylistic unity and
obvious typos/ spellings
but in the main I left text as it appeared in my email box. Consequently
there are quite a few mistakes and blips and changes that have occurred un
the ether which, I feel, makes things interesting in a Fluxy kind
of way.
4 I've included a few asides. I would have included more but it was starting
to take up too much room.
This isn't War and Peace.
5 In the end I dispensed with an introduction as to the nature of Fluxus.
There's a piece about Fluxlist and Sol's e-mail so if any non-Fluxy people
read the book they can make enquiries to find out more.
6 Some packages have a few extra bits and pieces in. This was a random act.
7 There are forty books.
Hope that's everything. I enjoyed putting it all together. I look forward to
