1) pick up the phone only after the seventh ring.

2) only answer every seventh call.

3) only pick up the phone from seven a.m to seven p.m .

4) limit the time of your conversation to seven seconds or make every
    conversation seven minutes long.

5) limit your calls to seven a day / a week / a month.

6) pick by random seven numbers from the phone book. ring them up and tell
    them your seven secrets.

7)  do not answer the phone for seven days.
    see what happens.
