Well, I am against death penalty, thats no penalty at all, if penalty should be some kind of correction, no special prevention, just the general prevention, see what happens, but I dont understand, why Socrates... He was accused of saying bad things to the youth, ok, but death penalty in the US and other civilised coutries like china etc is more focussed on murder. Btw, is there some listmember pro death penalty ?
