That wasn't my point.  My point was that early Fluxus is the groundwork for
growth, not stagnation.

Maciunas was a great organizer and leader in the 60s and early 70s, and figured
prominently because of his controlling personality, but he changed his style in
the 70s and facilitated the growth of Fluxus by giving over control to others.
However, his importance cannot be passed over.   I don't think Fluxus is dead at
all.  The name gives its destiny away - it is constantly changing.

Maciunas to me represents the fun in Fluxus.  I don't think his spirit will ever
die and I don't want the high spirited side of Fluxus to die either.
