in the snail mail today..... Dear Esteemed Friend: I am collecting confessions. Please write your confession down, seal it in an envelope and mail the envelope to me. I would appreciate it if you would confess something very personal, something about yourself you've never confessed to anyone else before. These confessions will become part of an installation which will be on display at the UCR/California Museum of Photography beginning in February, 2002. At no time will your confession be read. It will remain in its original envelope, sealed, throughout the duration of the show. At the conclusion of the show, your confession will be destroyed.
