You can buy labels for CDs in several colours (including clear) which can be
used with an inkjet or laser printer. Also any permanent markers can be used
to write/draw on the CD itself. I personally like to use rubber
stamps/pen/typewriter on blank CD labels.
One thing to be careful of is the fact that CDRs are quite delicate and it
doesn't take much pressure for the reflective coating to come off and render
the CD useless...so draw with care I think,
