Really, the very best outlet I've found is to visit a museum, stand in front
of one of Stella's works, fall to your knees, and invoke that famous phrase
from "Streetcar Named Desire" at full pitch throaty angst with gestures (I
might add, also done in a different context by Elaine on "Seinfeld")

It also serves to wake up visitors and has nothing to do with whales.
