Giovanni and Renata StraDA DA of Ravenna, Italy, performance
artists/poets extraordinaire, graced the State of California
with their presence in late March.
A reception was held for them in San Francisco by John Held,
Jr. (the REAL StraDA DA reception) on March 24.
Due to communications problems during their stay in Monterey
County, Princess Petal and the StraDA DAs were unable to
connect. Therefore a fake reception was held for them by
Princess Petal (The FAKE StraDA DA reception) the following
week at a fake sports bar. In attendance were P. Petal,
RenClair (an infamous French film persona) and Mad Dog Flury
(the painter of dark).
